England World Cup Cupcakes

I made these for a World Cup party I went to yesterday to watch the England match. Ok, so we didn't win but we didn't lose either. Still 2 more games to go. And more cupcakes to eat :)



Flags can be used for all sorts of things; togas, blankets, capes and...tablecloths :)
